Can't....Stop....Buying....Topiaries!!!!!

I'm dreaming about these darn things!...I added a few to the back porch!...I think the gal at Walmart thinks I have issues!...I've had those market baskets for years just kicking around, they are a perfect fit!

Attention Walmart shoppers!

Run don't walk to your nearest Walmart garden centre!!!...I could not believe my eyes when I turned and saw these beauties...Lavender topiaries!! They are fabulous and only $9.95!  Love, love ,love!!!

Can't Wait!

 I've so busy working on new goodies and hoarding antique finds the past few months!...I hope some of the locals reading this will head out for a wonderful show...As for many of you out of towners I will definately take plenty of pictures so you can be there also!!

I thought I would share some new photos of the shop...two of the sweetest gals were in yesterday (twin sisters) and one a wonderful photographer with camera in hand of course!...she snaps these and sent them to me all gussied up...wonderful!...I love the way she captured the cozy feeling of the shop...

~A Day in the Country~

I've been busy sewing, stitchin.staining, painting and gathering for the upcoming A Day in the Country Show and Sale at my good friend Kim Davies...This is going to be one FANTASTIC show!!...antiques, vintage, chippy painted goodness galore!! Mark your calendar!!

Finally did some updating on my 1871Farmhouse picturetrail website as well as my Etsy shop...the weather has been so lovely here, it has created some much needed inspiration after being cooped up all winter... and I can dry my creations outside instead of making a big drippy mess in the house!...Although I have been hoarding for an up coming show in May...more details about that to come. I hope you are all enjoying this early spring!

Some exciting news!...Our home is going to be featured in an upcoming issue of Romantic Prairie Style Magazine!...not sure of all the details just yet but will be sure to keep you posted....I'm thrilled and honoured and nervous and so happy my house is CLEAN!!!..I absolutley loved Fifi's book and the magazine looks like it will be filled with great decorating eye candy and country living style!!...here's a peek of a scouting shot from my camera! Trust me Robin's ( the photographer) photos will be sooo much better!~C
